    This Privacy Policy outlines our practices for collection, use, and disclosure of your information that you provide to us when you use the Website, and any and all sub-domains of such Website, use the BitLock application on your iPhone or Android phone or mobile device (the “Application”), as well as the kinds of information we collect when you join BitLock and use our services and/or equipment (“Services”). From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to the procedures and practices discussed in this policy. We encourage you to periodically check this Website for updates. The most recent version of this Privacy Policy is reflected by the date located at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Website affirms your agreement to any changes we make to this Privacy Policy.

  • Key Terms

    Throughout this Privacy Policy, we use several specialized terms. When we use the term “personally identifiable information” or “personally identifiable data” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that is specific to you as an individual, like your name, postal address, e- mail address, or telephone number. We may also collect information from your mobile device when you use the Application, such as the timestamp, OS name and version, location, trip routes, device identification number, application version, device identifier, stored cookies information, and contacts information.

    Automatically Generated Information: We may also collect non-personally identifiable information that is generated automatically while you are visiting or using the Website. This data includes, but is not limited to, information such as IP address, web pages visited before and after visiting the Website, date and time, domain type, type of mobile device you use, your device’s unique ID, web pages you view and links you click on within the Website and interactions with an advertisement delivered by us or a third party advertising vendor. This type of information may be collected using different types of technologies, such as cookies and pixels. We cannot control the actions of other users of any social media platform or website and we are therefore not responsible for any content or Submissions contained on such sites and platforms. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us.

  • Opt Out

    We may use non-personally identifiable information to provide more relevant advertising and content.
